CUSTOM DYED LEATHER REUPHOLSTERY - 3 full hides

Our client had a 100-year old sofa needing a refresh. We had upholstered this sofa before in a vintage fabric but after much use, the fabric was wearing out and splitting. As the family uses it in their tv room, we suggested upholstering it in leather for more robust wear.

This is the first time for an on-site custom dye and reupholstery. We had some beautiful sunny days in Switzerland and we used those days to custom dye and dry the leather. We had use of a sunroom which was tight, but we made it work.
