PRODUCT WARRANTY
While we always strive for consistency, as with any handmade products there may be slight and unique variations in each of our goods. From stitching, to hardware, to dying, each one of our products is unique.
Alfred Stadler Lifestyle grants a one-year limited product warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship. (leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, studs, etc.) Our leathers, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the color and are not considered defects. Validated warranty repairs are repaired or replaced at no charge.
Exclusions and Limitations include slippers, home goods, one-of-a-kind or custom products and SALE merchandise.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding defective or damaged items must be filed within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Complaints received later than 10 days post-delivery cannot be accepted.
